Ecdy-Bolin

Ecdy Bolin (ecdysterone) is a non-hormonal, plant extract, natural anabolic supplement. It works by increasing nitrogen retention at the cellular level. It has been proven to enhance protein synthesis (the muscle building process) when taken with high protein meals.

Research in Russia shows that ecdysterone can significantly increase muscle mass, while also decreasing body fat in athletes who used it while exercising. In a recent study consisting of 78 athletes, those taking a combination of ecdysterone and protein were tested against a placebo group. At the end of 10 days, the supplement group experienced a 6-7% lean mass gain and a 9-10% reduction in body fat levels.
